MMA Fitness (All Levels)

Monday & Wednesday 5 – 6 PM, Tuesday & Thursday 6 – 7 PM

MMA Fitness sessions are built around Muay Thai-style striking and padwork, Karate-based speed & flexibility exercises and core-strength/bodyweight challenges. Great fun and great cardio for all levels of ability.

Our training routines are suitable for all levels of martial arts experience but are designed to be challenging . You will know you have worked out afterwards! Bring some water, a towel and your ‘A’ game.

New members and casual visitors are always welcome. If you want to join us it is really helpful if you call 027 7527 076 in advance and turn up about 15 mins early, if its your first time, to sort out admin and hand wraps.
