TRAINING SESSIONS

MMA Fitness sessions are built around Muay Thai-style striking and padwork, Karate-based speed & flexibility exercises and core-strength/bodyweight challenges. Great fun and great cardio for all levels of ability.
5 – 6 pm: 30 minute warm up and extensive core-strengthening session followed at 5:30 with a challenging high intensity bootcamp-style workout that changes every session. Our strength and conditioning class is built around body weight exercises only but that does not make it easy! Check out some of our work outs below or, better still, come train with us and see what you think!

The session involves more advanced combinations with emphasis on good technique. We also do some (100% voluntary!) light sparring drills with those that are keen.
