MMA Fitness
Monday & Wednesday, 5 – 6 PM ; Tuesday & Thursday, 6 – 7 PM
MMA Fitness sessions are based on Muay Thai-style striking and padwork, Karate-based speed & flexibility exercises and core-strength/bodyweight challenges.
Strength & Conditioning
Tuesday & Thursday 5 – 6 PM
Warm up and extensive core-strengthening session followed at 5:30 with a challenging high intensity bootcamp-style workout that changes every session.
Advanced Class
Friday 5 – 6 PM (Members Only)
The session involves more advanced combinations with emphasis on good technique. We also some (100% voluntary!) light sparring drills with those that are keen.
